Representation of owners, trainers and jockeys in disciplinary proceedings brought before the New Jersey Racing Commission and in the Office of Administrative Law relating to license revocation and suspension, penalties and fines.  Advise and represent owners and trainers in state and federal court commercial, contract, tort and negligence disputes relating to the liabilities and responsibilities of equine ownership, training and racing, including licensing, business, partnership and syndicate disputes, breach of training and boarding contracts, injury to horses and property, and veterinary malpractice litigation.  Drafting of equine purchase and sale agreements, formation of business entities relating to the ownership, sale, boarding and training of horses, breeding contracts, boarding and training contracts, lease agreements, liability waivers and escrow agreements.
