Representation of individuals in state, federal and administrative actions for wrongful termination, suspension, demotion and failure to hire under the federal Civil Rights Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), N.J.S.A. 10:5-1, et seq., including racial, gender, age, ethnic, sexual orientation, sexual harassment/assault and military discrimination, and in actions involving retaliation and whistleblower allegations brought under the federal Whistleblower Protection Act and the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act, N.J.S.A. 34:19-1, et seq. (CEPA).

Drafting of employment agreements on behalf of individuals and companies, drafting of personnel/employee handbooks, and confidentiality, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements for individuals and companies.  Investigation and analysis of diversity and anti-discrimination hiring, termination and promotional practices and procedures, best practices implementation and enforcement, employee competency and performance reviews, and employee compensation and benefits structures.
