During the course of his career, Mr. Peluso has personally litigated over 1,500 cases in state, federal and administrative courts, including numerous successful trials, arbitrations and appeals.  In those cases, Mr. Peluso has personally conducted thousands of depositions, and prepared and argued several hundred discovery and dispositive motions.  Mr. Peluso has successfully litigated cases in anti-trust, commercial, corporate fraud and malfeasance, intellectual property, trademark, civil rights, employment, international and environmental disputes.
